OUR MISSION
Promoting Biblical understanding of leadership development, evidenced by the fruits of the spirit as compassion, love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, faith, and others thereby enhancing effective spiritual and physical wellbeing as commanded by the Holy Scripture.
BACKGROUND
The western world is well aware of the more marginalized populations that struggle with the basic necessities of life. Many organizations have established some form of relief to provide these necessities. Many Christian organizations do their best to help churches across the world, to reach those most in need. Often there is alack of effectual leadership, and there seems to be a gap between the relief organizations and projects abroad. Biblical servant leadership taught and promoted by Building Stone Ministry will help close these gaps, moving relief efforts in the right biblical direction.

OUR VALUES
We use scriptural principles as defined by the Heidelberg Catechism, the Canons of Dort, the Belgic Confession of Faith and the Westminster Shorter Catechism as the doctrinal view which we believe to be expressed by Scripture itself.
OUR METHODOLOGY
Using a ‘multi prong’ approach, BSM will come alongside current NGO and project personnel developing effective leaders by way of:
The role of BSM is not to take over and do the actual work of the project. BSM is there to provide guidance and mentor-ship developing leadership capable of obtaining the results the project implementers set out to do.
THE IMPORTANCE OF BSM
Building Stones Ministry exists (both in the Western and developing world) to consult, or though partnering, or contract, to assist churches, project boards, NGO organizations, local community leaders, and others in accomplishing the set goals for their project / ministry both at the current time as well as preparation for successive leadership planning for the long term.
The main focus of this development is to encourage Biblical Servant Leaders, both current and future, to have the vision and tools from set up of organizational structure, administrative matters, leadership development and successive planning through the means of teaching, discipling and mentorship.
He that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
